Revolution in IT Industry

IT Industry.... that is the word spelled now in nook and corner of India. Everyone are software engineers... did anybody thought about the Job security in these IT Industry.Most of the people are in short run, they are happy with their monthly income and how to spend those money. The Revolution I was talkin about in this topic is not about the IT Industry, it is all about the people who work for these companies. Each and everyone should start thinkin about this. Revolution is nothing but the wrapper for all the employees but what is this wrapper?.. dont be guessing for long.. it is you people who are the wrappers. Each and everyone should come forward with some steps like councelling with your colleagues, your friends.Act smart before you are wacked out of your company..hope this small blog of mine may initiate a revolution in every software Engineer's mind...
